Okay, I might have to get it, not sure about all this. Anyone had experiences with it?

Havent' had experiences but I know people who ahve and they've all said it was fine. Even helpful.

Accupuncture is wonderful relatively painless and very soothing it works by opening up your body's energy channels..this in turn promotes healing and relaxation there's nothing to be worried about at all..enjoy and let us know how you get on.smile.

yes it is with needles, but it does not hurt because they do not use the kind of needles that conventional doctors use. the needles that acupuncturists use are so thin and flexible that you can not even feel them. they r as thin as a single human hair. i thought that it would hurt at first, but it honestly doesnt. and i have a fear of the needles that doctors use, but i do not have a fear of acupuncture needles.
